**Responsibilities**:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly recorded
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes
- Ensure inventory movement report and COGS report are align with P/L and B/S
- Do general alignment between implementation of SOP vs SOP made
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent
- **English skill** (spoken and written) is required (can be used as working language)
- **Possess at least 2 years as Account Payable** (coming from Beverage/FMCG company will be an advantage)
- Excellent in numbers and computer skill
- **Have knowledge of account payable, taxation, and accounting principles + standards (SOP)**:
- Familiar with corporate policies, procedures & internal control
