Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support company goals.
- Handle general affairs, including office management and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA roles (Prior experience in the creative or digital marketing industry is highly preferred)
- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (S1)**
- Proficient in HR tools and personnel administration systems.
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR strategy development is a plus.
- Based in Bandung or willing to relocation.
