**About the Role**:
As a Brewing Technician, you'll specialize in two key areas within our brewhouse operations—whether it’s Wort Production, Cellar & Fermentation, Beer Filtration. Your expertise will help us achieve our production targets efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Ensure Safety & Health**: Implement and adhere to safety and health protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Drive Production Output**: Achieve production goals in terms of quantity and quality.
- **Maintain Equipment**: Ensure high reliability and availability of production machinery and supporting equipment.
- **Control Processes**: Implement process control standards to optimize production efficiency.
- **Manage Materials**: Ensure the availability of production materials.
- **Achieve Shop Floor Excellence**: Maintain excellence in all shop floor activities.
- **Promote Cleanliness**: Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the working environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- **Experience**: Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work in shifts.
- **Location**: Willing to be based in Tangerang Brewery.
