Calcular cifras para las existencias de alimentos, pedidos y costos. Llevar registros claros y organizados para asegurar que todos los informes y las facturas estén archivados y guardados de manera adecuada. Asentar las facturas utilizando programas de computación. Rechazar los artículos dañados, inaceptables o incorrectos. Llenar los formularios de solicitud para las existencias y provisiones. Notificar al gerente o supervisor los níveles bajos de existencias. Verificar y hacer el seguimiento de las existencias recibidas y llevar a cabo informes y registros sobre estas. Conciliar facturas de transporte e informes de recibo para asegurar la exactitud del conteo. Recibir, descargar y procesar las entregas. Rechazar los artículos dañados, inaceptables o incorrectos. Solucionar problemas relacionados con los asuntos de entrega del proveedor y supervisar el proceso de devolución. Seguir las pautas de seguridad alimentaria y las políticas y los procedimientos de manejo para todas las áreas relacionadas con los alimentos. Controlar los níveles PAR de todos los productos alimentarios para asegurar los níveles adecuados. Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, peligros para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones; completar la capacitación y certificaciones sobre seguridad. Asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales. Mantener la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; proteger sus bienes. Apoyar a todos los compañeros de trabajo y tratarlos con dignidad y respeto. Dar apoyo al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes. Cumplir las expectativas y los estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 50 libras (22,50 Kg) o su equivalente sin asistencia. Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante períodos prolongados o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Leer y verificar visualmente información en varios formatos (por ejemplo, las letras menudas). Inspeccionar visualmente herramientas, equipos o máquinas (por ejemplo, para identificar defectos). Ingresar y localizar información relacionada con el trabajo usando computadoras o sistemas de punto de ventas. Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Moverse por espacios angostos, confinados o elevados. Moverse por superficies inclinadas, desníveladas o resbalosas y escalinatas. Efectuar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.

(General Educational Development, GED).
