**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Data Analysis**: Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.
- **Vendor Management**: Evaluate and select suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to contracts, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- **Cost Optimization**: Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving product/service quality.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Create, track, and ensure timely execution of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery terms.
- **Supplier Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate supplier performance regularly, ensuring that service levels, delivery times, and quality standards are met.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new suppliers, and competitive pricing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of **1**-2 years* of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
