**Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications**:

- Maximum age: 35 years
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, Bachelor's degree in Law, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a political editor; journalist certification preferred
- Having experience as a political assistant editor/editor for at least 1 year, as a journalist for 7 years Having an extensive network (cabinet, parliament, police, prosecutor's office, KPK, DPP/DPD political parties, political observers, political survey institutions network, etc.) Able to perform journalistic work from obtaining, collecting, confirming (verification), to processing and presenting information.
- Capable of writing and editing news typical of print, online, and electronic media (TV/Radio).
- Familiar with in-depth analysis related to electoral politics, state administration, constitution, criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, and public policy.
- used to creating or analyzing survey reports, statistical reports, or other document trails.
- Familiar with the workflow and editorial hierarchy in mass media.
- Proficient in Indonesian (correct and proper, slang, to root language) and foreign languages (English is required).
- Understanding of media developments. (media studies).
