INTRODUCTION:
Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development is an Islamic school that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates from noble characters in the teachings of Islam. Therefore, we seek a Substitute School Psychologist for Teenagers with the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master’s degree in Educational Psychology
- Have a valid SIPP (Surat Izin Praktek Psikologi) license
- Have at least four years of working experience as a Psychologist especially in education.
- Have good knowledge and skill to analyze and diagnose a psychological test report.
- Capable of administering psychological test tools and scoring.
- Knowledge of various methods to prevent or treat mental-health problems and other

difficulties.
- Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character.
- Possess strong Islamic characters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Ready to join in May 2024.
- This position is for Maternity Leave with a 3 Months Contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Analyze the psychological test result.
- Design mental-health intervention and prevention programs.
- Providing psychoeducation for students, teachers and parents.
- Implement counseling and educational methods.
- Collaborate with educational staff to create coordinated plans.
- Refer students to community services if needed.
- Resolve classroom or school crises
- Guide parents in facilitating children’s progress
- Willing to work full time.
- Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S2 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Psychologist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- SIPP (preferred)
