**About the Team**:
The purpose of Internal Control & Quality Assurance is to assess end-to-end business processes for all entities business at the company, evaluate and ensure process compliance, monitoring and internal control.

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform data analysis, policies gathering for offsite-onsite monitoring
- Prepare finding reports and issues, corrective actions, improvements needed and recommendations
- Communication and coordination for issues or findings to all parties involved
- Monitor and follow up the progress of corrective action and recommendations from management
- Perform special assessment as requested by Management

**What We're Looking For**:

- Good analytical, interpersonal, observation, research, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

**Nices to Have**:

- Risk Management certification - Min Level 1 (BSMR or LSPP)
- Having experience at least 5 years in Banking, Fintech, Tech Startups
