We are currently seeking highly motivated candidate to join our Regulatory Affairs team as Regulatory Affairs RRP Executive. YOU will assist the Manager Regulatory Affairs RRP/Head of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs in monitoring the regulatory and political environment in order to spot emerging threats and opportunities through the network of contacts and to develop engagement and advocacy materials that reflect the company’s positions/recommendations on issues relevant to the business environment of the company, especially on RRPs and Tobacco Harm Reduction. YOUR "DAY TO DAY" - Collect all relevant data and information as well as conducting background research on stakeholders and consequently prepare argumentation, reports and presentations and deliver them to relevant stakeholders(externally and internally) - Establish and enhance network and contacts with relevant institutions and bodies, - Prepare and organize internal and external briefings, local and regional conferences, and meetings on issues relevance to the company or to the industry in order to support the company position / viewpoints in the media and among the public opinion leaders - Conduct meetings and briefings with consultants and relevant scientific and health researchers to support RRPs engagements and advocacy - Work closely with other departments for all issues related with RRPs and Regulatory affairs. Including work closely with legal department on obtaining necessary legal clearances and approvals. - Support Manager Regulatory Affairs RRP on planning and monitoring the department budget. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Minimum bachelor’s degree, Preference in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Communication, or equivalent. - Experience in relevant regulatory policies, research centers, fiscal, or societal issues. - Stakeholder Management experience (Government, Industry association and/or relevant organization) - An individual with strong knowledge of agile development framework, engagement, excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills - Strong negotiation and organization skills, ability to build and foster multidisciplinary stakeholder relationships. - Team-player who creates a positive working environment in a dynamic field - Excellent in English, both written and verbal - Willing to be located in Jakarta WHAT WE ARE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
