**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Government relations**
- Develop and implement strategies considering local government policies relating to the Group’s investment initiatives/ interests in the country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials at national and provincial levels
- Attend government meetings, conferences and relevant events

**Regulatory affairs**
- Advocating for the Group’s interests on regulatory matters impacting our business operations in the country
- Monitor and provide updates on relevant government policies and regulations that could affect our business interests in the country

**Intelligence Monitoring and Providing Insights**
- Identify and qualify potential business partners in Indonesia that align with the Group’s strategic interests and investments
- Build strong relationships and develop trust with state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and key stakeholders across various sectors
- Provide valuable business intelligence to our local companies on market trends, regulatory requirements and potential opportunities for collaboration
- Stay abreast of current political and economic developments in Indonesia and provide insightful analysis for the Group’s strategic decision making
- Represent the Group at industry events and trade missions

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in government relation and regulatory affairs.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business or Communication
- Commercial focus, results oriented with excellent communications skills
- Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, with a keen eye for details
- Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision
