Summary

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Florist Manager / Landscape Manager is responsible for assisting in the arrangement and upkeep of all plants and flowers throughout the hotel or office. A florist manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a florist, including managing staff, ordering and arranging flowers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for flowers. You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Gardener is responsible for assisting in the upkeep of the landscaping around the hotel/office. The Florist Manager / Landscape Manager is responsible for supervising the maintenance of outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, and other public areas. They coordinate staff, plan and oversee landscaping projects, manage budgets and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. They also monitor environmental conditions and recommend improvements. The Florist Manager / Landscape Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of all landscaping projects. This position requires an excellent eye for detail and an ability to develop and manage budgets and resources. The Florist Manager / Landscape Manager will plan and coordinate the design, construction, and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, and other green spaces. This position will oversee the installation and maintenance of outdoor features, such as trees, flowers, shrubs, fountains, and other water features. The Florist Manager / Landscape Manager will also be responsible for managing and training staff, developing landscaping plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years work experience as Florist Manager / Landscape Manager in a hotel or in a similar firm.
- Preferable knowledge of flower arrangement.
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of florists and assistants.
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
- Ability to maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and attention to detail to create unique and beautiful floral arrangements.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies to promote the business and increase revenue
