**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Proficiency in English written and oral communication
- Excellent hunter who's able to bring in new accounts to the organization
- Collaborate with key Decisions in the region
- Develop new business opportunities within the region
- Collaborate with manufacturers in the APAC region
- A dynamic individual willing to take initiative proactive
- Persuasive communication skills: able to present to C-level executives as well as deliver clear and concise messages
- Create an outline of market strategies that will serve as the foundation for the short to mid-term plan.
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- About 4-6 years of sales experience in Factory Automation or Consumer Goods Sector
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
