Responsibilities and Tasks
Get the EFA task passdown and shift assignment
Support production line issues and provide lot disposition
Analyze Test data and SPC charts
Follow the production disposition cookbook
Monitor Production hold lots that requires EFA team disposition
Perform Electrical failure analysis and follow-up on FA submission
Monitor SPC Process performance and address deviations
Extract data from applicable sources
Ensure reliability of data
Measure process metrics
Analyze SPC chart and identify trends and drift in performance
Contain deviated material or inefficiencies
Communicate information to appropriate personnel
Provide communication between ES, Engineering, and Production
Communicate with production to relay problems, changes, or request information as needed
Provide feedback observations and data to the engineering group to help resolve chronic problems or experiments
Customer Service
Respond quickly and positively to all internal customers (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality etc)
Reprioritize work when customer needs arise
Continuous Improvement
Assist engineer on projects to improve production efficiency and effectiveness
Support continuous improvement projects to improve yield
Perform FA analysis from PE request
Support Product Engineering, Assembly/Test teams in issue root cause identification
Maintain equipment
Maintain EFA equipment and debug for any problems and implement solutions
Align with standardized procedures and guidelines
Stay ahead of on process and equipment procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Adhere to and Promote Safety
Identify and promptly report hazards
Follow safety procedures and area work rules.
Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers' and company guidelines
