**About work**仕事内容について**:
Report to the Design Manager/BIM Manager and undertake the responsibilities regarding technical aspects of MEPFS (Mechanical,
Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Security) of a construction project.
To ensure completeness and accuracy of MEP BIM models for As-Built BIM submission in a construction project according to project BIM requirements.
To lead MEP BIM coordination activity of the project
To provide project members with accurate coordinated BIM-generated drawings for Shop Drawing Production & actual site
To provide weekly clash report progress of the project
To provide an updated Combined Services Model (Naviswork) two times a week (Wednesdays & Fridays).
To lead BIM to progress weekly meetings with clients and other relevant project stakeholders
