**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional benefits, to provide recommendations and answer any customer inquiries.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation, and actively monitor product freshness and inventory levels.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and dining area, following established hygiene and sanitation procedures to uphold health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including kitchen staff and servers, to facilitate smooth operations and provide seamless service to our guests.
- Upselling and Promotion: Promote seasonal specials, wellness-themed beverages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
