**What you will do**:
As a Sr. Control Engineer, you will work with sales team and buyers to develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees, oversee the work of assigned resources for the smallest projects, monitor and reports on client activity to ensure consistency.

**How you will do it**:

- Able to perform maintenance and troubleshoot of existing building/chiller control systems.
- Able to designs and configures building/chiller control systems as defined by the contract documents. Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
- Develops and tests software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project requirements.
- Coordinates and creates of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
- Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
- Assists in performing site-specific training for owner/operator on the building/chiller control system.

**What we look for**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably has experience in Data Center.
- Experience on BMS/BAS or Fire system is value added
