Experience and requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing with an excellentunderstanding of manufacturing excellence, manufacturing projectmanagement, new facility /operations set up planning, productionlayout and quality management practices or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment production operations and planningprocedures is required. In addition, 6 to 8 years of progressivelyresponsible job-related experience are typically required.
- Working experience in manufacturing of the heavy equipment withexpanded skill on the manufacturing project management,manufacturing set up, facility planning and layout, process qualitycontrol, standard work development, manufacturing processvalidation, strong analysis thinking based on data, problem solvingand excellence to drive the continuous improvement. Jobholderinitiates communication with others outside immediate work group towork on new ideas or to counsel others, etc. The ability to listen toothers is important to the job.
- Have the knowledge background of heavy equipment assemblyprocedure, tooling and device management for production,production systems, production planning and workstation loadbalance analysis, quality management, testing technology,construction machinery and other aspects, understand the nationaland international quality related laws and regulations, familiar withISO or TS Quality standards and related family standards.
- Experienced manufacturing duty on the heavy equipment especiallyexcavators, wheel loaders, bulldozer or others with the SKD/CKDwith Localization background experience preferred.
- Able to speak english.

PREFERRED:

- Basic skills: Advance English Communication Skill, Skilled use ofMicrosoft Offices, project management system and WPS to Analyze,Contract Data, Report Management and Project Control and Report.
- Good Multicultural Collaboration and Communication, ProjectManagement, Good communication, coordination, analysis andstrong execution ability skill, master the product testing methods andthe use of measuring instruments, strong analysis and judgmentability and problem-solving ability.

Purpose:

- Manage the day-to-day manufacturing development progress withproper project management systems and collaborate with all keypartners in Indonesia and Overseas to ensure the new assemblymode project running and completed effectively.
- Lead the program executions at the selected location and manageall the key challenges to get proper solution and support fromleadership, manufacturing expert in HQ, local partners andsuppliers.
- Establish the effective production set up from people arrangement,quality management, velocity of manufacturing execution and costcontrol program. Develop the manufacturing process flow to ensure themanufacturing program complied with local regulation and deliverprofitability path to the companies. Primary responsibility is to provide support for quality andmanufacturing technical initiatives within Indonesia facilityoperations, supplier quality, and materials technology. Position willensure conformity to global quality processes defined in thecompany Quality Management System (QMS), day to daymanagement of overseas resources, and ensure resources aretrained and competent to handling product quality with effectivecost for machines builds.
- Establish manufacturing excellence to ensure right manufacturing,process and product quality, localization development andaccelerate product cost reduction. Drive effective communication between Indonesia and Overseaswith focus on the process improvement and leverage manufacturingtechnology best practices, quality and procurement standard withtimely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring new manufacturing process introductionsin Indonesia complied with voice of business from subsidiary andproduct group. (Included all key business Leaders).

Job Descriptions:
1. Assembly Manufacturing Set Up
- Establish in the formulation of the company's annual manufacturingwork plan collaborate with OBD direction, mainly responsible for thepreparation and implementation of the new assembly line work planin LMI.
- Develop the manufacturing project management based as directedby HQ and LMI’s Stakeholders and control all key tasks properly.
- Responsible for promoting the manufacturing excellence, qualitymanagement system to the overseas manufacturing facility andexecute the establishment of new manufacturing completed ontime.
- Support the replication and establishment of manufacturing qualitymanagement system and standards align with the mother’ factoriesin China.
- Establish communication channel with all key supporting groupfrom China and Indonesia to solve all importance problems/challenges
- focus on process improvement.
- Drive and implement the company's quality culture, Leanmanufacturing to the overseas manufacturing facilities.
