IT Internship for PSLA

**Responsibilities**:
1. Take part in daily IT functions, primarily with the IT Service Desk.

3. Troubleshoot incident tickets and advise users on appropriate actions with IT Helpdesk assistant.

4. Identify and escalate situations which require urgent attention.

5. Help install software programs that are requested of users.

6. Manage IT Asset administration.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:
1. Graduate Degree or Last Semester in Computer Science or Information Technology.

2. Good communication.

3. Good Attitude & Team worker.

4. Eager to learn.

5. Basic knowledge of IT and computer OS.
