**Job Position : Architech**

**Company: Real Estate Company**

**Location: Uluwatu, Bali**
- **Master Plan Modification**: Modify existing master plans, including plot layouts and infrastructure designs.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with contractors, building permit agents, architectural firms, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Design and Architectural Plans**: Create detailed architectural plans for internal projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Uluwatu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
