Tender Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals, and negotiating contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze tender opportunities that align with the company’s profile and objectives.
- Develop tender strategies and action plans to ensure successful participation in lucrative tenders.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, in compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure the completeness of tender submissions.
- Manage timelines and administrative processes to ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the competitive landscape and enhance success rates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to clarify requirements and provide accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in tender management.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
