Preschool Teacher

**Responbilities**:

- Teaching young children from 2 - 6 years old.
- Provide two way communication between school and parents.
- Develop and monitor standardized curriculum and assess teaching methods as required.
- Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social & physical development.

**Qualification**:

- Fresh Graduated.
- Bachelor degree in Education or Psychology from a reputable university.
- Familiar or experienced in Cambridge Curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Responsible, highly motivated, fast learner and demonstrates initiative and elaborative ability.

**Competencies**:

- Have good communication skills with a positive attitude and good sense of humor.
- Passionate about teaching and love to work with children.
- Excellent teaching skills (classroom management, lesson planning, assessment tools, differentiations, etc.).
- Competence in using technology to support teaching & learning.
- Good team work, confident, hard-working, self-reliant and well-motivated.
- Computing, designing and other related skills, such as: playing musical instruments, dancing, singing, story-telling, etc.
