(Ict Provider) Senior Network Product Manager

MatchaTalent is representing one of top client, a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client's headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who's established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for doing market analysis, including Industry policy, customer strategy, and industry competition
- Identifying industry trend by finding the opportunities and risks within market
- Responsible for network insight and identifying customer’s pain points to propose customized solutions for customers
- Designing future oriented network architecture
- Delivering technical proposal accustomed to customer needs with the target network.
- Responsible for bidding project, including RFP clarification, solution, commercial design, and contract negotiation process
- Taking responsibility of target fulfillment in terms of sales, marketing and profit as part of the bigger team
**Requirements**:
- Having bachelor degree from Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in IP/Optical/FTTX telecommunication network
- Familiar with at least one domain from IP/DWDM/Access
- Able to design and plan IP/transmission /Access network, especially IP transmission
- Knowledgable of fixed network (IP/DWDM/Access)
- Deep understanding of IGP/BGP/MPLS/SR/SRv6, or DWDM/ASON, or OLT/GPON/BRAS related technologies
- Deep understanding of 5G transport network requirements, solution design/integration
- CCIE/CCNP/HCIE/HCNP or other similar certifications are preferred
- Open for Malaysian and Indonesian nationalities
- Able to communicate in mandarin is preferred
