*Job Summary*

The Specialist Tours Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing specialized tours for clients, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience throughout the tour.

*Duties*
- Plan and organize specialized tours tailored to client preferences and needs
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, and activities
- Educate clients on tour details, destinations, and cultural aspects
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance during the tour
- Lead tour groups, providing guidance and information at various locations
- Conduct post-tour evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement

*Skills*
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse groups
- Strong time management skills to coordinate multiple aspects of tours efficiently
- Leadership qualities to guide tour groups effectively
- Proficiency in public speaking to engage and inform tour participants
