Flight Dispatch

**Qualifications**

1. Has valid and active FOO license

2. Sucessfully completed Flight Operations Officer Initial training and Initial A320 Type Rating Training.

3. Above 21 years of age

4. Good computer skills (Demontrated able to operate computer windows office)
5. Able to read, write, speak and understand an English language, with minimum
requirement passed High School; (Assesment will be performed thru interview
and/or essay test)

**Skill Requirement**
a) Make an accurate and operationally acceptable weather analysis from a
series of daily weather maps and reports; provide an operationally valid
information on weather conditions prevailing in the general neighbourhood of
specific air route; forecast weather trends pertinent to air transportation with
particular reference to a destination and alternates;
b) Determine the optimum flight path for a given segment and create accurate
manual and/or Operational Flight Plan (OFP); and
c) Provide operating supervision and all other assistance in actual or simulated
adverse weather conditions, as appropriate to the duties of Flight Dispatcher.
d) Provide assistance to the PIC in their proficiency of competency. This
requirement is part of competency check which conducts annually.
e) Familiar with Navtech flight planning system
f) Familiar with AIMS System
g) Familiar with flight follow system
