Retaining Customer with Account Closure request with various Retention Programs and Retaining Customer requesting to cancel out loan and installment products with various Retention Programs.

**Responsibilities**:
Respond to client inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
Effectively utilize computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
Provide assistance with the delivery of products and services to Citi clients under direct supervision
Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner

**Qualifications**:
Previous relevant experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System
Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment

**Education**:
High School diploma or equivalent
