**RETAIL ASSCOCIATE**

We are a retail and distributor company of a Parisian eyewear brand and an Italian design bottle brand. We would like to invite you to represent us at our newest retail experience located in **Surabaya** as our Retail Associate.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associates that are passionate in communicating the brands and eager in providing customers with great shopping experience.

**Purpose/ Mission**:
Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

- Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand.
- Effectively serving and selling to customers.
- Diligently executing store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients in the selection of products.
- Build relationships with our client and contribute to customer database.
- Responsible for store operations including visual merchandise, stock control and back of house processes.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase store performance and reach individual and store targets.

**Professional background/ Experience**
- Preferably between 1-3 months working in fashion, lifestyle customer & commercial-focused retail environment.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ Accessories Retail.
- Technical: Basic in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel.
- Language: Good command in oral and written Bahasa Indonesia.

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,900,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
