Description
- A Litigation Officer will responsible in handling both litigation & non-litigation cases. Making coordination with stake holders, attending court room in facing legal dispute, giving legal opinion for management related with legal matters and documenting all legal dispute cases._
Requirement
- Bachelor / Master degree from Law with GPA 3,20
- Certified as a Lawyer (PKPA)
- 3 years working experience as Litigation Staff in retail industry
- Have good negotiation skill
- Have wide networking both with Police Department and District Court-including judges and prosecutors
- Have good attention to details
- Willing to be located in Head Office Bandung & Travelling around Indonesia
