- Diutamakan yang berpengalaman mengoperasikan Ametank, Caesar Il, atau seterusnya
- Memahami design codes and standards
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulis yang baik
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, serta memiliki kemampuan bekerja dalam tim
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
