**How You’ll Make an Impact**

1. Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and materials procurement.

2. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and quality checks.

3. Manage and motivate on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, to maximize productivity and efficiency.

4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to minimize impact on project timelines.

5. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors, to address project requirements and concerns.

6. Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

7. Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, labor and equipment logs, and material deliveries.

8. Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

9. Communicate regularly with the project manager and senior management, providing updates on project status, issues, and risks.

10. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes on-site, fostering positive relationships with all project stakeholders.

**What You Bring**

1. bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate on-site teams.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

5. Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

6. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

7. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure.

10. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.
