**Job Role**:
Product Manager
**- Prepare and propose an Annual Product Marketing Work Plan (Annual Action Plan), Annual Budget (Expenses Plan) and a 3-year Work Plan (Mid-term Plan) including the Marketing Plan. The preparation of the Marketing Plan includes marketing strategies and promotion programs that are right on target as well as the Advertisement & Promotion budget for the business line which is the responsibility of being approved by the Director of Marketing. In addition to proposing a 3-year forecast as input for the preparation of the Mid-Term Plan to ensure that the implementation of the intended business line activities goes according to the approved plan. Provide input to the Director of Marketing regarding strategic work programs for products, related business units and the Company’s business as a whole.
- Lead and exercise control over marketing strategies, programs and activities for products that are his/her responsibility including marketing tools, product planning, price positioning, advertising and promotion in order to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction, and ensure that everything is in accordance with the rules, regulations and standards of corporate code of ethics.
- Carry out and ensure the implementation of all marketing programs that have been approved to be carried out in one year to increase demand from the business line which is his responsibility by managing them with related departments including seminars, exhibitions, Working Groups and others.
- Prepare and manage the implementation of new product launches by providing supporting information, so that new product launch activities can run well and smoothly.
- Ensuring that the product for which he is responsible has obtained registration approval from the Department of Health before being marketed, in accordance with applicable procedures to support smooth product sales.
- Monitor the realization of product sales against predetermined targets; analyze the conditions that cause this level of achievement on an ongoing basis, in order to ensure that the marketing strategy supports sales activities, which in turn can provide an appropriate profit margin for the company.
- Collecting market data, monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market trends, market research, market intelligence, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify market needs, competitor strategies and market opportunities to achieve the targeted market share.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimal Bachelor degree from chemical engineering, pharmaceutical, biochemical, health technology or other related degree with solid track record and achievement.
- Having a master degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience with minimum 5 years working in Product Management and 2 years in Sales.
- Mandatory to have experience related to IVD.
- Enjoy working in a fast pace working environment.
