Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular reviews of all merchant content in the backend to ensure high-quality and accurate material.

2. Regularly update and maintain merchant information to reflect accurate and current data.

3. Identify and promptly correct any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in merchant content.

4. Ensure all merchant content is in compliance with the established guidelines, regulations, and protocols

5. Prepare regular updates and reports regarding content quality and progress on resolving any identified issues.

Criteria:
2. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in Bahasa & English

3. Experience in content quality assurance or similar role is preferred.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Able to do multiple projects with tight deadline and able to demonstrate his/her initiatives
