**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to be friendly and professional when assisting customers.
- Capable of providing recommendations and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to scoop gelato efficiently (requires some upper-body strength).
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with customers.
