**Finance & Settlement Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the daily settlement of transactions, ensuring timely and accurate posting of financial data to internal systems.
- Reconcile transaction records, bank statements, and other financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy across financial records.
- Prepare and generate regular reports on financial settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Process and review payments and receipts, ensuring data entry accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Monitor cash flow and bank balances and assist in liquidity management to ensure operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a finance or accounting role, preferably in financial settlements, reconciliations, or a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data processing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is preferred.

**Additional Preferred Skills**
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Understanding of financial market settlements and trading systems is a plus.
- Certification in Finance/Accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
