Arup Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Structural Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence in civil and structural consulting services within the infrastructure sector. This pivotal role will involve leading projects across transport, energy, water, and resources, while fostering collaboration and innovation within our dynamic team.

**The Opportunity**
- Lead the structural engineering efforts on key infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery in the transport sector (roads, rail, maritime).
- Oversee and enhance engineering design processes, providing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, facilitating business development and project coordination.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting ongoing skill advancement and knowledge sharing within the structural design team.
- Prepare project reports, proposals, and presentations, ensuring high-quality documentation and strategic recommendations.

**Is This Role Right for You?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
- Significant expertise in designing heavy civil engineering structures, including bridges and maritime works.
- Excel in client relationship management and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, adapting your style to suit diverse audiences.
- Motivated by challenges, maintain team spirit under pressure, and are committed to excellence in your work.
