**Key Accountabilities**
- Consistently drive competitive advantage by being close to and inspired by the consumer
- Turn insight into action across category, portfolio and brands to win with consumers
- Create, embed and continually refresh a robust Portfolio Strategy that maximises penetration and drives growth via leveraging the 7 ‘Sources of Growth’
- Unite Brand and Commercial Strategies into winning annual plans that effectively coordinate all brand activities to drive penetration, build Brand Power and deliver business results
- Create and embed a clear consumer inspired strategy for sustainable and profitable growth of the brand, driving penetration and providing clear, consistent and effective direction to Integrated Commercial / Brand plans
- Drive breakthrough reaction, including business performance, by delivering reach through effectiveness first touchpoint planning, and resonance through meaningful, ‘fit for platform’ brand content TTL
- Optimize portfolio and brand profitability in a sustainable way, acting across the value chain, maximizing activity ROIs and optimizing Commercial Spend Productivity.
- Identify relevant growth opportunities by leveraging the 7 ’Sources of growth’, and harnessing consumer, shopper, category and customer insights. Effectively launch value creating brand, product, packaging and systems innovations
- Think ‘store back’ and collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing, to ensure world class execution of all brand activities across the path to purchase (on time, on budget, on strategy and on target)
- Understand the company’s RTM, channel and customer strategies and their implications, in order to integrate them into brand and portfolio strategies and plans

**Measures of success**:

- Clear portfolio strategy & innovation roadmap to drive overall business
- Solid understanding of sources of growth and translate into Integrated Brand Building plan supported with OTIF delivery and clear budget management according to agreed KPIs
- Collaborate as part of HTSA Leadership Team

**Requirements**:

- Willing to be placed in East Timor
- University Graduate S1, Preferably S2
- Any discipline, preferably Marketing
- Minimum 6 years of brand marketing experience, 3 years managerial experience in FMCG
- Fluent in English in oral and written, full professional proficiency in communicating & presenting
- Have a deep curiosity, agile & drive to go to extra mile, willing to get hands on the field & roll up his/her sleeve, challenge status quo & lead with empathy
