- Take ownership of managing and developing multiple creators for Shopee’s Video platform.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive the growth and engagement of creators/MCNs.
- Monitor and analyze the daily performance of creators/MCNs.
- Collaborate with the RM team to communicate with stakeholders and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Manage and handle projects related to creator/MCN programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred.
- Knowledgeable in creator management or content commerce.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel; Google Sheets.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
