To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a **Finance Administrator** with expertise in **Accounts Receivable** and **Accounts Payable** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

As our Finance Administrator, you will manage critical financial processes and ensure the smooth running of our finance operations. Your responsibilities will include:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- Preparing and issuing invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Reconciling accounts receivable records and resolving discrepancies.
- Following up with clients to ensure payments are received promptly.

**Accounts Payable**:

- Processing vendor invoices and ensuring accurate payment records.
- Managing payment schedules and ensuring timely disbursements.
- Reconciling accounts payable ledgers and resolving discrepancies.
- Building strong relationships with vendors to maintain positive partnerships.

**General Finance Administration**:

- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supporting cash flow management and providing financial data for forecasting.
- Collaborating with the finance team on audits and compliance requirements.

**About You**

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who meets the following criteria:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in **English** (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
