Creative Strategist, Project Manager

This role is not your usual Creative Strategist role. You will be a creative strategist, project manager and junior social media buyer in one.
MUST WORK EST USA HOURS.
This involves:
- Coming up with new ideas and angles on a monthly or weekly basis
- Looking at new ways to get more out of the b-roll and raw footage the brand already has by writing new scripts and using eleven labs or the creative concept playbook to create new formats
- Conducting extensive research following the Research Hub protocol for your clients to understand the REAL pain points and desires of their target customers, by reading reviews, looking at comments under their ads on Facebook and taking the pulse of the audience to understand what it is they really want, how they speak, key phrases or words that they use and resonate with and more.
- Analysing creative performance inside client ad accounts to get a look at what's working, what’s not working and what could be optimised for better performance or more scale
- Coming up with ideas for iterations on ads that are performing at breakeven or above target ROAS
- Hook variations - by analysing the hook/hold rates of an ad creative you can see where the highest leverage testing would be
- Coming up with new ideas for the body of the ad or the lead
- Coming up with ideas for new scroll stoppers / visual hooks for the ads in the account
- Script new ad concepts based on research and past ad performance
- Coming up with ideas for troubleshooting poor performing ads
- Manage Client Delivery & come up with static and video ads for editors and graphic designers to manage
- Taking initiative and briefing new tasks and edits on the fly for your clients, at least 3 new edit briefs per week per client
- 15 net new scripts per month for your clients with 3 hook variations
- Briefing static ad concepts to your designers on behalf of your clients, 10 per month
- Feedback and course correction with editors, to ensure videos produced are as intended by the briefs
- Quality control of edit styles and assets as a whole
- Manage clients projects in ClickUp
- Manage Facebook Ads Manager
Communications:
- Communicate with editors
- Communicate with clients directly
- Communications should not be left unanswered for more than 10 minutes during working hour
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rp6,500,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
