**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver updates and improvements to the Exchange Accounts environment within anticipated cost, time, and quality boundaries, analyze business/product requirements, and suggest effective and efficient technological solutions
- Execute full-cycle integration, functional, and regression testing in conjunction with other developers, SREs, and QA engineers. Take ownership of and promptly address all urgent flaws found in the solution codebase.
- Be open-minded and approachable while educating and mentoring your engineering colleagues in the areas of your own specialization and area of knowledge.
- Promote safe and responsible software changes across all environments, from the development and staging environments to the deployment of updates to the production environment with zero downtime.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in Go Language
- At least 3 years of working experience in Crypto and trading domain companies
- Good understanding of CEX, Exchange microstructure
- Had experience in building Matching engines and Trading
- Understanding messaging protocol engines, models, Message Broker, Continuous Integration principles, code analysis, and profiling techniques and tools
