We are looking to hire a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with experience in developing information security strategies, programs of work, and risk management. You will be responsible for protecting Influx from information security risks through the development, implementation, and maintenance of our security program (policies, procedures, and standards).

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for all information & data security-related issues. You will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that Influx’s information security goals align with its overall business objectives with 3 key objectives as follows:

- Enhance Influx’s cyber security.
- Increase clients' confidence through Influx information & data security.
- New value creation through added cybersecurity products and/or services.

It is a 100% work-from-home opportunity with occasional team meetups and other local events with other employees nearby

**What We’re Looking For**
- 10+ years of working experience in the IT security industry.
- 6+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security.
- Experience in information security management.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security and risk management.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
- Able to lead policy development and implementation across the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong systemizer.
- Serve as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks.
- Open-mindedness, and the ability and willingness to work with people from various cultures and ways of life.

**Bonus Points**
- Additional Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, GSEC, CCISO) is highly regarded.
- Experience with governance and compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2.
- Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA.

Influx provides consistent and high-quality customer support teams to online businesses. Service can be scaled up or down each month to match demand.

- This role is only open to applicants from Indonesia.

Pay: From Rp70,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- IT security: 10 years (preferred)
- executive or management-level experience in systems security: 6 years (preferred)
