We are seeking a PR Manager to take on a supporting leadership role for one of the fastest-growing PR agencies in the Asia region. We represent some of the best category defining companies in the market. We are looking to expand our team size and breadth of services for existing and new clients in Indonesia. This role will be based in Indonesia.
**Job Description** Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and account team members.
- Build and/or maintain client relationships at the highest standard of professionalism.
- Must be pro-actively involved in current client activities; able to identify opportunities to organically grow business with current accounts; and able to identify potential risks and take appropriate action to retain or renew business.
- Help clients demonstrate the value of PR within their own organizations.
- Develop results-oriented strategic plans and lead ideation efforts to expand programs, resulting in maximum client satisfaction as well as in increasing agency revenues.
- Mentor junior team members in the areas of strategic planning, editorial content development, ideation of content and media relations.
- Prepare and manage client campaign budgets to keep costs within client's budget within agreed deliverables while ensuring that target agency revenues are met and that non-billable expenses are kept mínimal.

Cultivate and/or build new relationships with clients in order to grow new business efforts.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in communications in agency and/or client side
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably a strong writer
- Able to produce first-rate communications and editorial content for multi-platform media including traditional mainstream and digital
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects with minimum or no supervision
- Strong client relations, strategic thinking and new business development skills; able to think outside the box
- Can work independently and able to work under pressure
- Experience in local Singapore and regional strategic planning a big plus
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support professional growth and career development opportunities for junior team members
- Strong presentation skills
