**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent investment property company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the industrial estate and residential market. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct the activities of all functions involved in property and asset management, operations, and workflow of the organisation’s whole process
- Develop strategic plans to improve portfolio of property investment which includes residential, industrial estate, warehouses, and pre-build lands
- Ensure operations run smoothly, maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances
- Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire operations and distribution department
- Develop and manage quarterly and yearly strategic departmental budgets

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 10-15 years’ experience in a complex production and development of investment property portfolio, with the addition of managing multiple assets portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field from reputable University. Master's degree is advantageous. Overseas graduate is a plus.
- Proven success in financial modelling, acquisition, and investment within property and asset management industry - able to innovate with new ideas to achieve efficiency and revenue generation
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- A real go-getter, strong resilience and Hard worker
