**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
- Melakukan support pada kegiatan operasional divisi _service _dan _sparepart_ untuk meningkatkan pelayanan _customer. _
- Melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi service & sparepart serta internal bengkel
- Menyiapkan data laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan dealer untuk diberikan kepada _workshop head _dan admin _head_.
- Membuat berkas tagihan untuk proses penagihan piutang customer.
- Mengawasi dan mengontrol WO outstanding.
**Kualifikasi**:
- Pendidikan mínimal D3 semua jurusan, teknik otomotif lebih disukai
- Pengalaman di bidang administrasi mínimal 2 tahun
- Pengalaman di bidang otomotif mínimal 2 tahun
- Memahami jenis-jenis spare parts kendaraan dan sistem pengelolaan gudang
- Mahir menggunakan komputer & Ms. Office
- Memiliki SIM A/B1/B2 menjadi nilai tambah
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem _shift _& ditugaskan diseluruh lokasi kerja perusahaan
- Komunikatif, proaktif dan tanggap teknologi
