We are hiring a Graduate Trainee - BIS (Business Insight & Strategy) to be part of our Graduate Trainee Program 2025. This will be a 2 years program that creates an opportunity for building talents to be groomed into future key pillars of the team. You will experience a tailor-made learning development journey and be fast-tracked towards managerial roles as early as within 4 years of your career with us.
Role Summary
As Business Insight & Strategy, you will be responsible to provide relevant business and consumer insight to stakeholders in the company.
Desirable Traits:
- Music lover- Bachelor & Master Degree in Business Management, Mathematic, Industrial Engineering, Statistic or equivalent- Fresh Graduate (less than a year after graduated) with excellence academic achievement- Self-motivated & high self-responsibility- Insightful & possess good analytical skills- Have strong collaborative spirit & ability to work as a team player- Have creative thinking & problem solving orientation- Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
