At least four years experience on F2F fundraising / marketing / agency management.
Ability to work with minimum supervision. Ability to extract and format data and to solve operational problems. Ability to organize own and others work, set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to organize meetings and events. Ability to handle work quickly and accurately under time constraints
Experience and knowledge of the UN operations is an asset.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Tanggung Jawab

Manage face-to-face fundraising agencies, monitor performance and ensure activities are on track and in line with the strategy, with the goal to recruit high-quality pledge donors. Work with agencies, suppliers and relevant personnel within or outside the office to ensure the agencies are always motivated and equipped to perform their best, address any performance not in line with agreed SOPs and develop ways to prevent them from happening through appropriate measures
Provide marketing support to agencies and in-house teams by developing and producing attractive booths, scripts and other materials. Work with agencies, in-house teams, suppliers and relevant personnel within or outside the office to ensure required materials/supplies are continuously available and prevent stock-outs
Contribute to planning, monitoring and reporting of Individual Fundraising program and its submission to supervisor, Chief of Private Sector Fundraising. Coordinate with PFP regional office as per required, with objective to improve performance
Participate in meetings and workshops with various private/public sector organizations and events that facilitate the implementation of strategies and tactics for the private sector fundraising.
Under guidance of supervisor contribute to selection and independent management of all external partners as needed for acquisition of individual donors.
