**Employee Relations**
- Custodian of our commitment to constructive employee relations and open social dialogue: Implement employee relations strategy with a Nestlé in the Market approach. Enhance and maintain productive dialogue with employees, Trade Unions and other workers' representatives.
- Using CARE as one of the main tools to ensure social compliance across Nestlé activities and to ensure that the market is compliant with the Corporate Business Principles, the relevant labor international commitments as well as local laws and regulations
- Internal legal consultant on labor issues and responsible for timely information to Head of HR and Factory manager
- Promote knowledge and common understanding of the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestlé Code of Business Conduct and the Nestlé Employee Relations Policy with the objective that each employee becomes an ambassador of Nestlé Culture, Values and Principles

**External Affair**
- Maintain update the General factory operation licenses and permits
- Maintain good relationship with manpower and government authorities, and make monthly reports to Head of HR Factory & Factory Manager
- Coordinate and submit reports to various government authorities as per request
- Prepare agreement with legal - head office for third parties
- Maintain and monitor employee engagement program activity (Budget & Program), CSV program
- Initiate and execute employee engagement activity based on agreed planning and make report of employee attainment activity
- Monitor Issue/News related Nestle in Media

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelor of Law or Human Resources Management
- Experience minimum 5 years in the same position
- Having good knowledge on regulation of manpower and industrial relation
- Communication & negotiation skill
- Having strong networking
