**Responsibilities**:

- Form a close liaison with business leaders, by Providing strategic and operational HR Advice for Leadership team.
- Manage employee relations, resolve complex issues, and promote a harmonious workplace.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisitions efforts in Manufacturing.
- Develop an objective, data-driven performance management system.
- Lead end-to-end HR team in Manufacturing Business Unit, provided support / advice when needed Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner especially in Recruitment and Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- CHRMP, CHRP, or other related BNSP certification is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bogor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
