HR & Admin Data Assistant-ms Excel Proficiency

1. Payroll management
- To process Local Payroll & Foreign Payroll (Malaysia & Singapore)
- Compensation & Benefits
2. New HR System
- To manage the HR system. To generate report.
3. New Employee Orientation / Induction
- Orientation to Company policies and procedures, Benefit package
- Update / Maintain orientation guideline /forms
- Face scan registration
4. Statutory Compliances
- Manage HRDF, EPF SOCSO & EIS contribution.
- Prepare monthly contribution of EPF, SOCSO (Local & Foreign), HRDF and EIS.
- Submission and payment for monthly contribution for EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF before 15th every month
5. Administration
6. Attend to Staff matters / enquiries
7. Any ad-hoc assignment assign by immediate superior as and when required
8. Strong English and Excel proficiency required. Bonus if you can speak Mandarin.
9. Bonus if you are strong in data visualisation, i.e. using Excel, Power BI, tableau etc
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- intermediate/advanced Excel: 1 year (required)
- HR: 1 year (required)
- Data visualization: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- fluent Mandarin (preferred)
- fluent English (required)
