**Job Descriptions**:

- Build and maintain a good relationship with customer / tenants.
- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Customer Relation in retail.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Able to works with MS Office, SAP, and/or similar software necessary for Reporting purposes.
- Able to work as a team in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to be placed in DP Mall Semarang.
