**Job description**
- Responsible to ensure the content of the information that sent to for all Distribution Sales Force is accurate and the right recipient.
- Responsible to support every Distribution’s Event (especially for Design and Implementation)

**Preferred skills**
- Good Taste in corporate design and capable to deliver within TAT required
- Capable of multi-tasking and able to assist Users.
- Have a good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Proactive & creative person, eager to learn & take on challenge.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, strong team worker & high service oriented
- Has high initiative & able to work independently by delivering new ideas & putting it into action, by maintaining continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the department

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: min bachelor’s degree
- ** Experience**: min 1 year experience in similar role related with Communication and/or Design

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure the content of the information that sent to for all Distribution Sales Force is accurate and the right recipient.
- To support every Distribution’s Event (especially for Design and Implementation)
- To prepare design of marketing collateral all Distribution, and liaise with Marketing and procurement team
- To assisting other department in Distribution in developing and preparing design if needed.
- To assisting Digital team to review information and design posted in Agent Portal (My Sun Advisor), to accommodate user needed (to become user friendly and attractive).
